Zero-Tolerance Policy on Intoxicating Substances
Safety first — always. This policy applies to every MAKZ Limo driver, on every trip.
MAKZ Limo (DJ LLC) has a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. No driver may operate, or be in control of, a company vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other intoxicating substance, including misused prescription medication. Drivers may not use or possess these substances in a company vehicle or while on duty.
Any driver who violates this policy is removed from service immediately and may be permanently terminated. Passengers who believe a driver is impaired may report it to MAKZ Limo at (817) 501-2498 or info@makzlimo.com, or to the City of Dallas by calling 3-1-1. MAKZ Limo will cooperate fully with the City of Dallas and law enforcement.
